A gritty crime thriller set on the mean streets of Aberdeen.

Invalided out of the police force after almost losing a leg in a shooting incident, haunted by flashbacks and hooked on booze and 'under the counter' painkillers, Andy Stanhope has already lost everything. His job, his health, his wife, his son, his self respect.

Needing to get his life back on track, he sets up Grime Scene, extreme cleaners. All is going well until an unexpected encounter and a rash promise puts him on a different path, one far more dangerous and far dirtier than cleaning up other people's blood and brains and spilled guts, one that requires him to do his toughest clean up job to date...himself.
